Ladies Night at the Farm Pilates

Join us for our first 2024 Ladies Night at the Farm as we host Monika Sefcovic, Doula & Yoga instructor.  Monika will lead us in a 50 minute mat pilates workout overlooking the beautiful pond as the sun begins to set.  After, we will treat ourselves to adult refreshments and charcuterie as we celebrate the start of summer at the farm.

Pilates Matwork is an alignment based class, working to lenthen and strengthen the muscles simultaneously.  We'll focus on the foundations of the contrology method, working through a full body experience with a particular focus on body alignment, postural awareness and the utilization of engaging the core which is comprised of the abdominals, back, and glutes.  

All levels are welcome for this class.  Please bring your mat and water bottle.

Thursday June 20th will be our rain date if needed.
